Today I observed the Sabbath by going to church, then eating mac n cheese + avo (amazing!), taking a nap, going shopping, TAKING ANOTHER NAP and then eating two hamburgers while watching The Office.
I had a lovely Sabbath that involved doing a photo shoot at sunrise, enjoying a super yummy breakfast cooked by my wonderful husband, visiting a church, playing outside with Sofia, cooking a new delicious soup recipe (that even Sofia loved), taking a very deep and revitalizing nap, attending a halloween party, and finishing re-watching season three of Fringe. Two hamburgers were unfortunately not involved in this day, but it was beautiful, restful, and blessed none the less.

my cousin always calls her Sunday naps her "holy naps" and I have to agree.
